PAYMENTS
Tuition
is due prior to the beginning of each session.
Space is
limited, so we recommend early registration
and payment. Tuition is not pro-rated based
on attendance under any circumstances. Because
enrollment in a class holds that spot and prevents
us from assigning it to another student, there
are no refunds under any circumstances. There
is a $15 charge if you switch classes in the
middle of a session.
MAKE-UP
CLASSES
Must
be scheduled in advanced and may not be carried
over into the next session. Only 2 make-up classes
are allowed per session.
HOLIDAYS
AOGC
honors major legal holidays without tuition
adjustments. You may call our office to schedule
a make-up class.
SPECTATORS
For
safety reasons, spectators are not permitted
inside the gym unless escorted by a staff member.
Parents are welcome to observe but must stay
in the lobby or upstairs area.
GYMNASTS
Are only permitted inside the gym during class.
Gymnasts not in class may not use any apparatus.
